We signed a guard- Jeff Linkenbach

Don't know anything about this guy, but good news given starting experience. Opens us up to take an impact player in the 1st

Not sure how taking a below average guard changes our draft plan one bit. I believe we take receiver or corner regardless. Having a guy like this though doesn't change our need for starting guard.

I believe he started 3 games for the Chiefs last year. He's started for the Colts in the past

03/04/15 - G/T Jeff Linkenbach made limited contributions in 2014, and that was a disappointment for the Chiefs because the offensive line was such a problem area. Linkenbach started the last three games at left guard and struggled in pass protection. It's hard to see a future for him in the Chiefs' locker room.

At best he replaces Garner as a versatile backup. He may not even make the team. Hopefully his technique will rub off on the younger guys.

 Man, those are some glowing reports on the guy.

Makes me think that if another team signed Dallas Thomas that you'd actually get your very first rotoworld snippet that contained expletives and the word "poo."

Someone should go lurking on the Chiefs fan board. If it's anything like ours, that'll be the easiest way to find out if he sucks.

#Dolphins sign OL Jacques McClendon (Jacksonville).

New Dolphin Jacques McClendon played center last year for the Jags. He's spent 4 seasons in the NFL, playing 22 games, starting 5 of them.

So Fins have now signed veteran former starters at guard, CB and LB past three weeks but not WR, which is expected to be addressed in draft.

New #Dolphins OL Jeff Linkenbach tells reporters he "absolutely" expects to compete for a starting job.
