We will always leave points on the field with Tannehill....

Funny isn't it? You could literally just change the names in the posts or threads and it's like reading the same thing. A lot of Dolphins fans are starving so hard for a quality QB that they'll hitch themselves to anything we get our hands at the first semblance of decent play.

ahhh enigmatics is here to join wvs circle jerk

"If this guy would have done this, if that guy would have done that" ..... always that same story to explain his play isn't it? What some people don't seem to grasp is that Ryan Tannehill is supposed to be the bellwether for this offense and setting the tone. His inconsistencies and erratic play permeate through the rest of the offense.

Last week we saw what a player who sets the tone can do for his teammates in Moreno. He got hurt and then life was over for that offense today.

So then tannehill is to blame for guys letting the ball go right through their hands or not having the awareness to get a second foot down...i dont even know why im bothering with you...i already shamed you a week or 2 ago when you had no clue what you were talking about. Posting charts that proved my point. Your credibility is shot.

What happened to your circle jerk? Oh ya, we didn't win this week.

You have no credibility...you posted a chart that proved MY point...you were so caught up in your agenda you didn't even read the chart. I mean that was pretty bad man, you looked pretty stupid after that....not that u didn't already look stupid before the chart debacle.

You done yet?

I saw him improve aspects of his game from his rookie year to year 2, hes in a new system with an all new line. I never expected him to throw for 350-400 yds right off the bat but i did expect a little more from him. If he fails this year then hes gone and we move on. Im just not ready to give up on him yet.

I understand that. I have always questioned his skillset. He is inaccurate, makes suspect decisions, does not use his athleticism, throws brain fart interceptions, doesn't make others around him better and for the life of me, can't throw the deep ball or other tough throws in the tree... I just want better play from him or a new quarterback... I would hate to see another 3 years of this shyt.

Maybe. Maybe not.

I know Matt Ryan has a better chance of winning a SB than Ryan Tannehill does of ever even making the playoffs as a starting QB.

Hell, Tannehill will likely not be a starter in this league much longer. Unless he pulls a Henne and winds up starting for some miserable team like Jacksonville. I doubt even a team like that will want Tannehill to start after this season.

at the same time be sure to tell us again how a Qb going back to college is 1-4 in win or go home postseasons, scoring a total of 24 second half points including a few offensive half and game shutouts, who went 4-12 last season and despite having 3 great receivers went Melt-Mode again is "a winner."

Oh, this guy. Tannehill does well, nowhere to be seen. Days like today, well hello

If you remember me so much, that must tell you that the frequency that Tannehill does bad is higher than you would like. You homers make me laugh. Chad Henne and John Beck all over again. Just give me a decent quarterback and you won't hear me (or countless members on this site, media outlets, local writers and ex-nfl players complaining about Tannehill). We all can't be wrong, right?

Just to put this season for Tannehill into perspective...he has the same amount of touchdowns and picks as drew brees and like 100 less yards. He has 100 more yards, one more touchdown and a better completion percentage than Brady.

Now before you go on with your how are u gonna compare Tannehill to Brady and brees b.s....I'm simply showing that even veterans and future hall of famers can play poorly...But you also have to keep in mind Brady and brees have been running the same system for years, Tannehill hasn't even been running this system for a year.

stats tell part of the story.

And you're going to support Melty to the end even though it's obvious to the rest of the world that he will never win a Super Bowl.

first of all, what r u basing that on exactly?

matt ryan for the most part with the exception of an awful year last year, has the falcons as playoff contenders every year, including his rookie year where he took the falcons to the playoffs at 11-5, and lost a well played game to the eventual nfc champs that year.

also, lets just pretend matt ryan never wins a superbowl? u know who also never won a superbowl? thats right, our greatest qb, and one of the best of all time, dan marino. ( and no i am not saying matt ryan is anywhere near dan marino because few qbs to ever play the game were as good or close to as good as dan marino) just because u do not win a superbowl as a qb, that does not mean ur not good.

eli manning freaking has 2 rings on his fingers, the guy is an avg at best qb. he is far from elite.

no one on this site is saying tannehill sucks because he has not gotten us to a superbowl, its because through 34 games so far, he has not shown serious progress , and all the same problems he had as a rookie are still very visible.

no deep ball ability, turnovers, takes too many sacks, poor accuracy on passes more than 15 yds, so many of the same god damn problems.

Actually enigmatics posted a chart that shows Tannehill was average in deep passes last year, right near roethlisburger and Stafford...average not poor...he just can't connect with wallace...if that's what u mean then say it.

well, i dont really need stupid charts, because i watch the games, dont miss a snap, and through 34 games as fins starting qb, i could hardly recall getting excited about a big deep pass down field completed, because it has been a rare occurrence.

if that chart has him as avg on those types of passes, i guess there must be games taking place that i am not aware of that he is completing these passes, because i sure am not seeing them.
