Week 11... We're 5-5... How will the team finish out the season??

7-9. Lose to Carolina, NE, Pitt, split with Jets and beat the Bills. Hope I'm wrong, but I'll believe it when I finally see it.

If it finally puts an end to this Ireland farce then at least I can legitimately look forward to the draft and FA signings.

I am predicting 9-7.

Beating the

Panthers: I wasn't overly impressed with them Monday night even though they did win. They struggled running the ball against a bad Patriots run D and while they put some pressure on Brady, he wasn't under constant pressure. Also their defense while very good was pushed around by the Patriots at times. This is one of those games where most are expecting the Dolphins to lose and they find a way to win.

Patriots:
The Patriots have no pass rush and their run defense has been pretty bad. The Dolphins had them beat but let things get out of hand in the 2nd half due to some questionable penalties. I don't think the Dolphins let that team off the hook this time. Despite what people want to say, the Patriots are a very average team right now. Yes they have Brady which gives them a big edge, but the rest of their team just isn't very good. I am not impressed with their defense at all.

Splitting with the Jets. The Jets defense is good, but that gets neutralized when Geno has one of his terrible outings. I believe Geno will play well enough to win one of these games and in the other he will have one of his stinkers while the Dolphins take full advantage of it.

The two games I'm not so sure about are the Steelers and Bills games. The Steelers defense is terrible but their offense has been playing better lately plus the game is in Pittsburgh. The Bills already beat us once but I think that will be a redemption game and I see the Dolphins playing one of their best games. If they do I believe that will propel them into the playoffs.

I think its time to look at each week and predict who you think will win each game...

12 Carolina Loss (I believe this will be another New Orleans Saints game, except its not on Monday Night)
13 @Jets Win (Phins will rise to this rivalry)
14 @Pitts Loss (It'll be a good game, but I believe the Steelers have found their groove)
15 Patriots Loss (The Pats are still too tuff for us... Sadly its a loss)
16 @Bills Win (Its gonna be cold.. its gonna be snowy and we got revenge on our mind.. Dolphins all the way)
17 Jets Win End the season with a win.. against the dreaded Jets and the best part.. SWEEP!!)


Thats the way I see it ending.. The Dolphins will go 8-8 and miss the playoffs... But its not all bad, this year we've exposed some of the REAL problems with the organization and I foresee positive changes coming next year...

If I'm being honest with myself I see them going 6-10. Split with the jets, lose in Buffalo and Pittsburgh (I just don't see this team being mentally tough enough to win big games in December on the road in the cold), lose to both the panthers and Pats (lets face it they are just better then us)
