On this topic of people "disappearing" (I know that's not you, but Poyer is a personal example I have), I said in the offseason that Poyer was a mistake. I watched all of the AFC East games and he was old and slow. He was banged up most of the season and his physical style of play wasn't holding up last season. He allowed over a 100 passer rating for opposing QBs when throwing at him.Never thought I’d really miss DeShon Elliot until I saw Medicare member Poyer out there last night. Slow as **** and consistently out of position. Ugh.
People went apes**t on me about it. Literal personal insults calling me an 'idiot' and 'moron'. Am I supposed to keep posting about what a bad idea it was to people who didn't watch him and didn't have any actual data or real observations on the player?
