What if nothing happens?

realize now, nothing is going to happen. this lull is just a way to let fanbase anger dissipate, and return to business as usual. filter disinformation out thru those always available media rat holes, proponing "look here, see what we're thinking of doing", when all the while the Empire is charting a course for slithering away. there's change coming Miami... same change that came to Baltimore, Houston, St Louis, Los Angeles(2x), Oakland, Cleveland.

no stadium upgrades.. no SuperBowls.. dwindling season tix.. rising blackouts.. fan apathy.. poof! gone.

Happy New Year?

You got that right.

The only person who needs to go is Sherman. We need a more creative play caller who is a lot less predictable. Ireland and Philbin should both receive warnings that they need to get better results or suffer the consequences.
At 8 - 6 after the Patriots game we had good reason to believe that things were coming together. Do we purge the lot ie clean house just based on those last two games? They were absolutely terrible, but normally you don't totally change course based on 2 inept performances.

Bull****. The players did not try for Philbin the last 2 games. They sent a message for what happened in the off season. Our own player flipped off our sideline during a game for all to see. There is a rift to some degree we don't know about but Philbin doesn't have what it takes to fix it. Everybody that questioned coaching was let go. Now the players spoke. Just my opinion.

Then next year we'll be in the same boat. 6-8 wins and everyone will be even more furious that we brought all these goofs back for another try. It's time to move on.

Why does everyone cringe at starting over? There are teams all over the league that turn things around in 1 year. Not 5 years. Not 6 or more. ONE year. Does it mean it would happen in miami? Who knows. Ross needs to figure out what he thinks is best. If he thinks that you can't start over and win as early as next year, then I'd feel pretty hopeless as a fan.

Look at the chiefs, eagles and chargers this year for a few examples.

that's funny I am also a fan of the dolphins islanders and knicks. one thing in common is they all have crappy owners who have no clue on who to hire to run their teams. I also like the orioles their owner also sucks but at least they have lucked out with showalter, I hope one of our teams can break this long drought soon. Been suffering for too long.

My only saving grace is I am a Cardinals fan in baseball, and they are one of the best run franchises in all of sports, because the Knicks, Flyers and Dolphins haven't won squat since the mid seventies. Bring on pitchers and catchers.
