You want to be talked into the 1-15 and why it was the worst? The Dolphins were an OT win away from not winning a game in that year. Cameron gets fired after 1 season.

That was one horrible hire I never understood. I remember a lot of people on here where excited because he "was honest" and coming of the Saban saga I guess some valued that more than accomplishments and coaching credentials. He never had the team and lost what little respect he had fast.

Wasn't there an incident with traylor on the plane, might be wrong on the player but I remember an incident on the team plane where he was directly challenged by a player..

He has a weak personality, imo, like philbin, cut out to be counselors not NFL coaches...
