Due to the bad news for Dixon...

What free agent LT can we sign as a back-up that is decent?

Who could we trade for?

Should we use J. Fletcher as trade bait?

I was happy to know that M. Dixon was ready to come back and play...even as a back-up...this news really hurts!!!

Spriggs is still out there. He's got a crappy attitude and was a fat tub of goo even when he was in playing shape though; Richmond Webb, but he's got to be in worse shape than Spriggs.
 
heh, surprised anyone picked him up. That says a lot about what's available.
 
I think they should have let Mark retire when he wanted to. This really leaves us in a lurch. If any of our O linemen go down...
 
i expect us to live w/Jerman since I have not heard them talking IR yet
 
If Jerman lines up at LT for any length of time, we are screwed.
 
HOW MUCH did he hurt our cap this year, even with the injury?

or will it be a settlement situation?

WE HAVE BEEN FINE W/O DIX SO FAR, ,I BET IS WE'LL JUST STAND PAT W/ JERMAN AS A BACK-UP. WANNY ONCE SAID THAT MCKINNEY COULD PLAY LT , HE IS THAT GOOD AN ATHLETE. NOBODY IS OUT THERE THAT CAN COME IN AND BE BETTER THAN JERMAN WHO HAS 2 YRS UNDER HIS BELT W/ NORV, IF HE CAN'T HANDLE IT HE SHOULDN'T BE ON THE ROSTER.
NEW REPORT ON DIX SAYS WANNY IS NOT CONSIDERING IR FOR HIM.
 
Dixon hasn't played all year, anyway, right? Wade Smith's been starting. Ruddy's hurt now, though.
 
McKinney was playing better anyway.

Uggh. You guys are really predictable when you start getting worried.
