What was worse: Ricky's Retirement or TO's Holdout and Pouty Retreat?

I think TO's situation is much worse, Ricky's was based on a different (by different I mean not normal) guy being caught for something (smoking dope), because of his social skills not being able to handle it correctly and running. TO's situation is built purely on greed and own selfish need, not surprising as this classic TO. Ricky's situation hurt us more, but imo how the different sccenarios are playing out I think TO needs to be taken out to the pasture and ....
