In other words you have decided that it's okay for someone to have an opinion on this only if they have a solution.

The first step in the process is identifying a change needs to be made followed by determining which direction you want to go. If Peterson were writing a list as we speak that would mean they haven't decided on that direction only that they need to change.

Right. According to his logic, if I go and see the doctor for an illness and come out worse than when I went in, I can't criticize or question that doctor unless I had a better plan. Ridiculous thought process.

That's not what he's saying at all. Terrible analogy too.

He's saying if you want to get rid of Ireland and/or Philbin, you need to have a better replacement. Tell me how that is a completely unreasonable idea?

I think the job analogy is better....you don't quite your current job unless you have a better job lined up...

He's saying you can't criticize Ireland and want to see him gone without offering a better solution and that's nonsense. If I take my car to the mechanic and the guy makes it worse, I don't have to tell him a better way to fix it before I'm allowed to criticize him. It's just Ireland fans trying to deflect blame off of him. If Ireland sucks at his job, it's not my responsibility to say who I want in his place but as a fan I have every right to demand better at the position.

Uh no, thats not what he said at all. He never said you can't criticize him. Where do you come up with this ****? Go read his post again. He specifically said if you want him gone, you better have a plan.

Lol. So that's where you draw the line? You are allowed to criticize him but you can't hope he's replaced. Lol. Wow.

dude can you read? I didn't say anything of the sort. Seriously, learning how to read should be a prerequisite before coming to an online forum. And just because you criticize someone doesn't necessarily mean you want them fired.

Yeah I guess I do have a reading issue

While in college I worked overnights at a large juice plant and had a shift manager (who is now one of the plant managers) who never valued complaints....unless you provided a solution. It is easy to criticize something, but the criticism hold little value unless you can offer a solution. I want to say that is the point some are trying to make....

Except we don't work for the dolphins and that's not our job. We are fans. I'm sure when Sparano and henne were stinking up the joint you were saying the same thing. "Oh you can't criticize Sparano or want him replaced unless you tell us exactly who you want instead".

You were also paid.

Give us money, we'll gladly search for replacement candidates. Until then, we have every right to demand a better performance from our general manager or at least some accountability while hoping those who are paid to search for a replacement are competent.

If i go to Burger King and find a bloody syringe in my fat-burger i have every right to demand the manager be held accountable. I shouldnt have to start interviewing replacement candidates.

I was just offering a potential explanation of the thought process and I don't mean that, as fans, we don't have every right to offer out opinion on the topic...

That's a nice story, but nobody is suggesting that. Again, a complete failure at reading comprehension.
