Was reading around on other sites and there's rumor going around that Grimes has been franchised. Of course this is a rumor and I hope it's false. But what are the opinions about how much money it would take to sign Grimes long term. DHall of Washington is also 30 just signed for four years and around 5 million a season. Grimes is probably looking for similar length of a deal but no doubt much more money. Maybe 6 to 7 a season? What do you think?

I'm going to take a wild guess....4 years, $32 Million, with $18 million guaranteed, with some performance incentives in the last 2 years of his contract

Heck, sign him for 10 years and $20mm a year, the key is how much is guaranteed. If the guaranteed money is $4mm/yr for the first 3 years then great. Total dollars means nothing.
