This is what he had to say about Quintin Williams, a nobody, when he got arrested for DUI. He was cut the next day.

"This is not the kind of behavior we expect from our players relative to the choices and decisions they make," Dolphins coach Nick Saban said. "They not only need to respect the law, but also to respect others in terms of their safety and how it reflects on the members of this team, the organization and our fans."

The water isnt as calm as it once was, and its only July 11th.

Randy won't get cut. Take that to the bank

Today...

"We certainly don't condone the conduct which has been alleged, and we recognize the seriousness of the charges; however, we will not make a specific comment about this matter until we gather more information."

He will do what any coach will do, just let the NFL deal with the penalty and move on. Williams was a nobody, but Randy is a big time player so he isn't going anywhere. Mularkey would do the same thing with the Bills. If some walk on FA with no real chance did this, they would be gone but I am sure Mularkey wouldn't get rid of Willis.

Hes too good to get cut. Saban will probably have a talk with Randy and explain to him if he wants a contract extension this is not the way to get it.

Depends on how many times it happens.

This aint the 1st time it happened.

He wont get cut, but should be suspended.

Willis means more to the Bills than McMichael does to the Phins, bad comparison.

Saban won't outright cut him right now, but when he's negotiating a contract extension with McMike this will be in the back of his mind.

First time on record it is. Last year's chargers were dropped.

seriously doubt that a potential pro-bowl TE will get cut after a domestic dispute. anyone that is married has arguments with their wife, some just deal with it differently, randy gets physical - he's a football player, a very aggressive one at that and i wouldn't doubt that his aggressiveness stays on the field as we can see with him getting into altercations with his wife.

on another note, quintin williams was trying to make the team, he fudged up and had to pay the ultimate price in being cut. randy has already made the team and is an incumbant starter. saban would be an idiot to release him.

You're kidding right? You didn't just justify wife beating did you?
