Where does Matt Moore fit in Miami?

Silly post, if not a stupid one. MOORE was rated the 12th best QB in the League. THAT is not a back-up QB--repeat, NOT A BACK-UP.

MOORE showed what he can do, even on a team w/a for-sh*t OL, and a "scared" HC and inconsistent GM. "Football people" notice. If MOORE can't start here, he'll go elsewhere as a F/A in 2013 and start there. He has the best kind of "credentials" now: he played well, on a crappy team.

MOORE doesn't need MIAMI any more. Actually, MIAMI needs him.

14 fumbles and 9 interceptions in 12 games is not starting material. He belongs on the bench.

well actually it's 9 interceptions in 13 games since 1 of them came after Henne went down when he was suddenly pressed into service vs San Diego. And over the last 9 games with a 6-3 record, Moore threw 15TDs and 5 Ints after he got his sea legs.

FWIW, Eli Manning 2011: 16 games, 16 ints, 9 fumbles. guess he belongs on the bench, eh?
 
With Moore we have what Colts did not. A capable back-up for Manning.

Matt Flynn (from the long line of successful LSU QBs) : Hero or Zero = 50/50
so if he pulls a Kolb or Feeley, it'll be nice to have the guy who finished the season 6-3 with 15TDs, 5 Ints ready to step in.

Now Peyton I agree they won't pull.

also I think Moore played well but lets quit acting like only the last nine games count

I dont think he is ignoring them but he doesnt see them as much of a big deal. I admit thats alot of fumbles probably the most of any of the qb's but in previous years he did not fumble as much. We shall see this year I mean the previous year he had a 2 to 1 int to td ratio and this year it was almost opposite.
 
Everyone's got red-hot QB fever (me too!!), BUT ....

Good chance Moore might start or play in a few games ... with our OL, no QB has completed a season in quite a while (& we're not the only team!!)

Moore backing up is better than most teams backups!! We can trust him not to wreck our season!!
