Which AFC East QB, iz playing the Best?

i wonder how much people watch other qb play around the league when they bitch about ours...i really do...give me cut ups of every jets game this year and i'll give you more bad plays by geno through 4 games analysis than you can damn well count...

you have to compare apples to apples though. Miami has much more talent around the QB, geno's top target has been in and out of the lineup- never healthy yet. That is a huge factor. Our OC playing Chris Johnson over Chris Ivory has killed our O too.

Ryan has not been good, can you admit that? I said 2 weeks ago when he had 2 bad games it was too early to bury him since he is in a new system but he has not gotten off to a very good start.

Careful, hoops. Without a link to a free video of it, we can't prove that Geno Smith actually played four games.

geno could never run miamis offense if you wanted a comparison first off...the jets have dumbed down that o to preschool level for geno...and the oc is handcuffed with what he can call situationally...always has been

it is absolutely the qb that is killing that team...it will not change...

I don't disagree but it's a results business and neither are getting results.

my qb has 3 turnovers in 4 games his first year in this system yours has 7 in 4 games in his second year running it...scoring wise i'm sure it's pretty similar or maybe we have the edge...i dont know...but one qbs playing hold your nose bad and has limited the oc in what he can call...there are no limitations with miamis qb

soon that jets lockerroom is gonna start placing blame on the qb...if they havent already...it's freaking obvious on tape who's head should wear a bag on it

That's awesome and your QB has needed incredible FP to lead his O to points, my QB has not needed that.

Ryan gets the edge but let's not pretend Ryan has been good.

It's funny that red zone is the discussion as I am watching the Raiders vs Dolphins game right now for the first time. 4th and 1 for the Dolphins at the 7 leading by 3 and not only go for it but convert for a TD. Hoops is right about the lack of trust MM has in Geno because you would see the Jets go the safe route and kick the FG.

Putting Vick on the field situationally should tell you all you need to know about the lack of confidence the Jets have in Geno right now.

pay attention to what the jets do as they appraoch the red zone or are in it...the tendencies are screaming at you...they have zero faith in that qb not to screw things up so they take it out of his hands...never mind 4th down look at 2nd and 3rd down...look at any of them really...and he still makes a ton of mistakes even with them taking things out of his hands as much as they can

maybe but I've seen these proclamations from you guys before. Remember how you were off to the races at 1-0 this year or 3-0 last year? how we were dead after 45-3 in 2010 or after losing 6 of 7 games in 2009? it's a long season.

vs the Bears they got the ball at the Bears' 28 yard line and aside from one called screen, handed it off every time and kicked the FG to make it a one score game. They didn't even try.

Mad Dog, do me a favor and make a note of every play where Geno throws the ball right to a Bears defender. I trust you to be honest. It was literally at least six passes right to them. Just brutal stuff.

when I say qb situations are similar I mean that broad brush. regardless of what the tape says about tannehill there are 3 teams in the afce who do not have a clear cut franchise backed qb for the next 10 years, and the 4th has a qb situation overhaul coming arguably in the next few years.... we might believe that we do in tanne, but without sustained success throughout the rest of the season it will not matter. that is the only reason I call the situations similar.
