Which AFC East team could we beat twice

If it's going to happen, it will definitely be the Bills. I'm watching the Jills on NFL Network right now and Losman looks horrible. He has no idea what he's doing - totally trying to rely on his athletic talent alone, which never works. He's going to be a typical rookie this year, which normally means a lot of mistakes and losses. Why the Jills would waste this season by starting a rookie, instead of keeping Bledsoe is beyond me. I thought they were going to make a SB run this season, then I saw them release Bledsoe (who can still throw if you give him time!)

That said, this will only happen if our O plays halfway decent. The Jills do have a pretty decent defense, so we can't afford to make mistakes!

Ummm, Losman was making his first start EVER... he was admittedly nervous, and his mistakes didn't hurt the team...

He played way better than Bledsoe (who sucks)

He looked like a guy who was getting used to starting in the NFL.... Weird that Losman had a better game than BOTH your qb's

Keep dreaming he'll stink finfans, but you know deep down that he could become a really solid, dynamic player...

Come on Losman, your making me lose respect for you with a statement like that. I watched some of the bills/Colts game, I wasn't that impressed even for pre-season. But thanks I will have a new item to list to my sig.

Just making some fun guarantees... I want you to have it in your sig... if it happens it'll be great, if it doesn't ...oh well.

Dude, the point is that Losman may be the next Joe Montana, but it won't happen THIS year. Rookie QBs (short of Dan Marino and Ben Rothlisberger) usually play horrible. Even Peyton Manning struggled big time! This is the only reason I think Miami has a CHANCE of beating the Bills twice - no matter who we have playing QB for the time being.

My point about your team is that you played very well in the second half last year with great running, awesome D and a lot of momentum. Sure, you couldn't beat the Steeler's 2nd string when it counted, but you don't allow yourself that luxury when you start the season like you did. Point is, why would you cut your momentum off by releasing a proven QB like Bledsoe who can still get the job done if you give him time!? It's like taking one step forward and two steps back. By the time Losman is good, will your D still be good? Will you still have a decent running game?? Better to strike while you have a chance. When you handed over the keys to Losman for THIS season, you lost that chance!!!

Bledsoe was a huge reason why we lost...

He single handedly lost the game in Baltimore

He went against the coaches and chose to throw INTO the wind in the fourth quarter against pitsburg, and he handed the ball to a PIT defender, giving them the win.

He lost the first game against New England with horrible play....

He wasn't the QB for this team, we need Losmans mobility....

Losman isn't making mistakes, not throwing picks, and his incomplete passes aren't bad misses, no oe is catching them....

He's taking care of the ball thus far.

Sure Losman is going to have some rough spots... but I can except mistakes from a rook, from bledsoe they weren't...

I was at the Indy game and I saw at least three plays that would have been sacks with Bledsoe

the question should be, which team in the AFCE won't sweep the fins ?:D.
Typical justacrap statement. But thanks for the new Avatar, I feel like I have a target to shoot at now.

But it should look like this.

OK dude - your team has made its bed .... Remember, though, that while Bledsoe makes his share of mistakes, he still will win you some games with his talent. Is Losman at a place where he can utilize all his talent yet? I really doubt it!

I'm just basing my opinion on how rooks have played throughout the years. And remember - the Colt's D isn't all that great either. How will Losman play against a mad blitzing team like the Patriots - or heck, even us now?

You have faith in your team, which is good. However, I think it may be some blind faith this season!

And look - I know what my team is this season. I'll be happy with 8-8 quite frankly. So it's not a "my team is better than your team - ha ha" thing. I've had plenty of civilized conversations with my Bill-fan friends over the years, even though I can't stand the Jills!

Based on how your team has looked so far, I don't think any of you should be talking about sweeping anyone. If the fins play the way they have (not saying they will) I think your guys should worry about winning one game.

If you aim like your qb's do, you'll end up shooting yourself in the foot.

My aim is just fine, but of course you go off in another direction and have to try and make another justacrap statment. The point is that I like your avatar...target practice is fun. Besides ever had bison meat...mmm, mmm good!

I know what you're saying... but Bledsoe didn't have talent....

He won ONE game for us with his arm last season, the game in Miami (not without help from the D)

One game.... Bledsoe has 43 turnovers in his last 32 starts... there is not QB in history to pass for as many yards with as few TD's... he a solid QB between the 20's, but he can't score... he has the worst TD to Yards ration among active QB's ( or at least he did)

I'm more confident because i know that Losman can make plays with his feet, and he's made quick decisions thus far... he dosn't wait for the big play to open up like Drew did. He's not afriad of short passes, and he can throw them well, Bledsoe always overthrew the swing to the RB, and short passes over the middle were always behind.

If we had to start Sage Rosenfels, i'd take him over Bledsoe... did you see drews game with the Cowboys, I'll fill you in:

4 for 8 for 27 yards and 2 sacks in 5 possesions.

which part of your team has enough talent? The wr? Question is, who's gonna throw to them?

We have good WR, and worse case scenario, Gus is manageable when there is talent at the receiver position. We also have great RB depth, so we will be able to run the ball, and keep defenses guessing better. The O-line (Even though they did look every good this weekend), are not going to be as good as we hope, with a few weaknesses, but they should be good enough by week 1.

Looks like you may have been screwed this season either way then.

I don't know, dude, I just don't trust rookie QBs when you're trying to make a SB run. There's a reason it only happens about once every 20 years (Marino '83, Rothlisberger '04), and even in those years, the teams fell short.

It's too bad for you, though. W/ a good QB, your team would be tough to beat!

Wait, did I just compliment the Buffalo Jills? Ahhhhhh .....  .... I better go wash my hands, rinse out my mouth with moutwash, take a shower, whatever. I feel so dirty!!!!!!

i say the fins have the "best" chance of beating the bills twice this season. but it isnt going to happen.

at best 5% chance.

but your will be lucky as hell just to beat the AFC east teams once.

well you better get Brown going soon. RW isn't gonna be around til' the bucs game. Gus is gonna need a running game to open up the pass. Without it, he won't be around long enough to make to the by week.

Well, Losman looked real good against a very weak Colts D......oh wait, he did not look that good until the 3rd team defense came in, how long did he play, 3 quarters?
