Which AFC East team could we beat twice

You were asking where would we get the QB to throw the ball, where it makes me then ask, Where do you think the Bills are going to get good QBing?
w/ experience , our roookie qb, we also have Holcomb just in case. Our plan B is not so bad :D

I agree with you and yes it is only preseason. But tay0365 did have a point about his play when faced against the "1's". Not sure but didn't his first 4 or five attempts hit the ground? And that was against the "1's" He got better but not until he was playing the 2's and 3's, where our QB play was against the 1's and against a decent D.
I expect him to get better as the season goes on, just don't expect a lot until week 5, 6 or 7.

Dont expect much all year actually hisrically 1st year QB's have stunck it up........just going on the law of averages here....there is always next year though when 2nd year QB's make marked inprovements.

That's better, no, his first few attempts weren't bad at all. Don't worry, we won't be asking Jp to win games for us the first few weeks. We will be pounding the ball w/ Willis and co. til Jp get's more comfortable. Not a bad plan A :D.

11/19 88 yards 1td......at just over 4 yards an attempt and ooooooppppppps a lost fumble too.

Yup... not bad for FIRST START EVER...

Frerotte looked good though, just under 4 yards an attempt...., and Feeley was about the same....

How about Feelrotte both completing less than 50%

Well if those are your expectations, so be it. I would think - at the end of last season - you would have had loftier goals with your running game and defense, but that's just me.

I would if we had a QB... we didn't... hopefully Losman is that QB.

Brady? No one is saying Jp is gonna be a sb MVP like Brady in his 2nd year but it isn't far fetched to think JP could be decent after sitting it out and learning his first year like Brady.

I like our chances with Gus (as long as he does not hit a wall again :D ) over the Bills chances with Kelly. Feeley already has the exp that Losman is looking for, and our 3rd string qb compition is looking very good, so we will have someone worthy there also.

try taking football instead of smack for a change and maybe I'll respong to your posts better. So far you haven't added anything of substance in this thread.
And when do you? 99% of your post are of a smack nature.

Remember this:

If you look at the number more often than not ......of course there are exceptions...Brady..Roth ...Marino...but look at the obverwhelming number of QB's that havent done well there first season. Leaf, either manning, couch, harrington, carr, Akili Smith, Brees, even Elway. The numbers arent in your favor.

As they should be... Frerotte is a seasoned vet... he played well against the bears second stringer... BFD he should, he a vet....

You really haven't got an argument here... you guys SHOULD be better, Frerotte has been OK, and Feeley is horrible.

Losman played a decent first game, and is gaing valuable experiance without any negatives...

He didn't throw a pick, he threw a D, he didn't take any big hits, he made a play with his legs.... all positives... he'll learn slowly but surely...

Whats Feeleys excuse, he's a 5 year vet...

Whats Frerottes excuse he's been around forever...

I'm not surprised. You're a finfan, why would you think otherwise?

I don't think Jp is looking to get the experience of being the worse starting qb in the league that AJ was last year.

don't they have as much experience as JP without the potential? Seriously, your most inexperienced qb so far looks like the best qb on your team.

Oh puhlease. Nothing I've said was any worse than what finfans have said about their own team. It's smack in the eye of the one reading it.

but am I wrong? :shakeno: Seems to me some of your fellow finfans agree w/ me. I don't see you getting all bunched up w/ their posts. :shakeno:

Good try......

So far this preseason

Gus is 17 for 31 55% completion and at 6.3 an attempt with ZERO turnovers.
JP so far 11/19 58% completion and at 4.6 an attempt with a lost fumble and against the worst D in the NFL.

Now pretend your not a Bills fan for a second and be objective and tell me who has had the better preseason.

His first two drives were against Urlacher and company(1st team) keep digging you might find something.
