Which NFL teams should be moved/leave?

I think a lot of talk about teams possibly relocating comes down to STADIUM rights.....Minnesota has been wanting to get out of the Metrodome so they could be relocating after they get a new owner. The Saints could just use a new place to play and a fresh start.....Cincinatti is probably the least favorite place for NFL players to play (see Corey Dillon)...I think any of these three teams could relocate with LA being the logical location. The LA Saints has a nice ring to it.

I agree, it has been in the air for some time now that the Saints are going to move. My big question is though, do they become the Los Angeles Saints? Or a new team mascot(like the Titans when they moved from Hoston to Tennesse)?

i think it would make sense not to change the name to keep the "heavenly" theme (angels and saints)

L.A. makes no financial sense, though, at this point, because of TV deals. Currently, L.A. viewers see various teams throughout the season and therefore the league makes more money because of higher exposure. Put an average-to-bad team there and you lose that exposure, along with a lot of money. And why on Earth does Albuquerque deserve a professional football team?

For my own sanity I'd love to see the eagles demolished. Get rid of the team, the stadium, coaches and owners. Shut up those a holes here in Philly:fire:

Amen!!!!!

They should move one of the new york teams for sure...cause theres two of em and they play in the same stadium...move the giants to la

you're a goofball.. why would they do that?! LA fans are half assed fans.. in all sports... and its NY they could support 10 teams! and why would the giants move.. it's their damn stadium! :fire: :yell:

Dol Fan 4 Ever... Can we get a poll going on this? You could use some of the choices previously mentioned and some of your own. I'm actually curious to know what the lurkers think.

cardinals are moving into new stadium. bengals also are in new stadium.

only two teams i can see would move are the vikings and saints.

i think saints will be the LA area team in the future.

The Raiders could move to Las Vegas. Then, Al Davis would sue the city for the following reasons:

Casinos were left open during home games which hurt attendance.
Vegas bookmakers refused to automatically pick the Raiders.
Wayne Newton refused to dress up like a pirate for his shows.

Then, the Radiers would return to Oakland after the city offered them a new stadium.
Davis would then sue Oakland for not offering the stadium earlier, thus causing the team to suffer through the aborted Vegas deal.

Fox Sports is reporting today that Tom Benson, owner of the Saints, is strongly considering moving the Saints after the 2005 season. The top places he might move the team to are San Antonio, Los Angeles or Albuquerque.

San Antonio and Albuquerque are bargaining chips to force Los Angeles to get its act together. Now that Arizona, San Diego, and Indianapolis have their stadium deals worked out, the Saints and Vikings are Los Angeles' last two chances to get back into the NFL.

I heard a viable option could be and would be a monsterous opportunity, is in VEGAS! The NFL could make $$$$ like you would not believe. The NFL is concerned about betting on the games. What??? like that can't be done from Boston or Minnesota. Last I knew every player and damn near every fan has a cell and knows a bookie.
Vegas is the fastest growing city in the U.S. 300,000 moving in and 100,000 moving out a year. 200,000 newbies in 1 yr is a larger population than South Dakota or North Dakotas largest city. In the last 5 years Vegas has gained more residents than either of those 2 states taotal population.

Red has wanted to move the Queens to San Antone since he got em. Couldn't get it done so he wants to sell them. Now this new group could try to move them to L.A., in the footsteps of the Lakers and name them the Anahiem Vikings of Los Angelas. Hoping that maybe then they might get atitle.

They should move the cardinals to timbuktu; maybe theyd get their new stadium there.

Im for the saints moving to Anaheim, I live here for God's sake and I want more opportunities to watch the Dolphins, other then San Diego and Frisco.
