Carson Palmer and Joey Harrington should finally settle into their offenses. Eli will also show improvement but make some mistakes at times. Rittay and Mcnoun won't be starting, and Chris Simms probably won't either. I personally want Ramsey to succeed but I don't think he will. He's a victim of a bad offense and got shafted by Gibbs who brought in Brunnel, who is way past his prime.

I picked Rex because The Bears added some weapons and he's healthy so he will show improvement. I also think Eli and AJ will show improvement, great thread I give it 5 stars.

Thx. I hope Grossman stays healthy this year. He looked like he was coming along last year before he got injured. Benson and Muhammad should help.

Have we forgotten about Drew Brees and the San Diego Chargers, the NFL's Miracle?

Looks like Philip Rivers won't hold out this preseason

Brees established himself as a solid starter last year. The quarterbacks listed haven't done so yet. Boller and Palmer probably should have been added but I thought they did enough last year to prove they belong

aj hows my vote he will only get better with better coaching aj will surprise alot of people this year.

Grossman because of the added talent and he looked pretty solid in the few games he started before injuries.

Eli will have another difficult year. He still is missing a lot of talent on that O.

My #2 is Harrington because of the sick tools he has. I like Grossman over him because Harrington has had very good tools to work with before, but still couldn't get it done.

I selected Manning only because he has the most potential of the group and because his season so dismal last year he can only improve. Now to the Carr debate he has done something Harrington and crew havent....thats get better every year. 4-12...5-11...then 7-9. Thats why Carr's job isn't in jeopardy. He may not be putting up great stats but he's winning more and more every year and becoming what should be a great NFL QB. Rule of thumb is by the 5th year you should be either great or a bust sooooo Carr is on his way. Im fond of Harrington also because of the passion he plays the game with but he's still to erratic. He has more than enough weapons now so if he can calm his game down a little bit....he'll be fine.

Overall I'm very impressed with the responses. Just confirms my belief that Dolfans are the smartest fans in the game

i say eli only because of who his brother is

I live in New york and I think Eli is still two years away. He does have the classic pedigree and he might make a leap this year but I think the great leap for him will be in 2006

I voted for Joey Harrington. The reason being is, if he doesn't improve greatly with all the talent now around him... then he won't be a starter much longer.

for me it is a tossup of Harrington and Manning.

while Manning has more star potential, he still has no weapons. I think he will take another year or two to develop.

For Harrington - its do or die. he has 3 pro bowl caliber WRs, a great running back, and finally a system. If he can't get it done this year, he never will!

so i voted Harrington

Those weapons are sick on paper especially if Rogers somehow stays healthy. can you imagine Marino in his prime with those weapons
