Which Running Back Are we gonna Cut COme June !st

We can't cut GORDON

Guys, cut Gordon? No we can't do this. I like Kay Jay Harris and want to see him stay, but cutting Gordon is a mistake! Gordon has GREAT HANDS out of the backfield and will fit into Linhen's system better than anyone other than Brown himself.

Gordon can play, Ive seen him play in St Louis. I don't consider Sammy MORRIS A RB, only because I want him to earn that spot. Morris is a good blocker, has great hands and was our best RB last year. Lets keep him at FB!

Since we aren't going to use too many 2 back sets, list Morris as FB. Remember, I would love to see Williams back and healthy like everyone else but we need a PROVEN backup and Gordon is it.

:yeahthat: I wouldn't go as far and say that Gordon is great, but when healthy, he can be a very good backup/rotational player. I belive like you said above that Morris will be cosidered a FB with Evans. We will probably carry three RBs(Brown, Williams and Gordon), Harris goes to the PS and Minor gets a pink slip.
 
i think we will cut kay-jay then sign him to the practice squad.
trade travis minor for a later pick someone will like him.
so that leaves

Minor most likely. Gordon if he doesn't run hard. The thing Minor has going for him is he's a change of pace. BUt why not just roll in yet another powerful guy and wear 'em down?

we just resigned minor, he is younger then Kay jay harris, and lamar is solid... i think we keep them all and sing KJ to practice squad

IMO the fins will part ways with kay jay and minor .......honestly i think they will give gordon a chance since they spent a 3rd rounder on him......but this is just my opinion :evil:
 
You've got to consider Morris as a FB who was pressed into HB service last year. That also gives him dual service. I'd think he's less likely to be cut free. That would allow the Phins to keep one spot for a pure FB. You'll probably end up with something like this:

Brown
Gordon
RopeWeed
Morris
Evans or Martin

It's possible we could keep one more spot open at RB. Harris would likely be put on the practice squad if they cut him. Minor should be toast any way you cut it.
 
Most likely Martin and Gordon but then again it will be a waste of a 3rd pick of cutting Gordon

Question for you guys...While Ricky serves his 4 game suspension that means we can list kay jay as one of the top 3 till ricky's suspension is over then drop kay jay to PS and keep up ricky right...And also think morris will be listed as a FB Awesome on field aggression
