Without a doubt it is LeBron James. The only reason Peyton will receive votes because this is on a Miami Dolphins website. Manning is of course one of the greatest QBs ever, but he is past his prime, we do not know what condition he is in, or how much he can contribute. LeBron was one of, if not, the biggest free agents to ever hit free agency, in any sport. The summer of 2010 in the NBA was one of the largest free agent talent pools ever, in any sport, and LeBron was on the top of that list. LeBron James has a chance to go down as one of the greatest NBA players ever, and while Peyton has the same distinction in the NFL, the difference is LeBron played his prime years in South Florida. IF Pujols were to sign with the Marlins this past winter, and Manning signed next week, Manning would be third on the list.
