Who can we get for QB next year?

im ok with tannehill playing for us however I'm not ok with no qb competition we are not in a place right now to say anyone is a lock to start with average play. tannehill does not play natural. he's a good qb but we most definitely can do better.

Wow. I know this loss sucks, it was my first game ever at SunLife but reading all this is just unbelieveable. Have you even watched the game or just looked at the stats after the game?

On the Dolphins' last drive in the first half, 3rd and 5, Tannehill throws to a wide open Rishard Matthews who cannot hang on to the ball. Drop, punt, Jets drive down to score their 2nd touchdown just before halftime.

With the score Jets 14, Dolphins 7, Tannehill throws a perfect pass to Wallace into the endzone and Wallace drops it. If Wallace hangs on to the ball, Tannehill's first interception (it was on the ensuing play) never happens. That's how receivers are supposed to help their QBs. Yes, Tannehill overthrew Wallace on a pass play in the first quarter but who's to say he can't make mistakes? He made some today but not a single one of his mistakes cost us the game.

The last two interceptions Tannehill threw were when he tried to bring us back from a two-score-deficit. Who did he throw to? A limping Mike Wallace, Rishard Matthews and Marlon Moore. Because we had no other receiver available.

How about the receivers making a play for Tannehill? When Charles Clay scored that amazing touchdown against the Steelers it was all his, no credit for Tannehill. On that touchdown today Tannehill throws a perfect pass even Wallace couldn't drop, all that with a defender about to level him just one second after snapping the ball.

You guys never cease to amaze me. You want to blame Tannehill for a 20-yard run because it was 3rd and 21? How about the pro bowl center that committed a holding penalty to bring us in that 3rd and long position? How about the playcalling on the next play when we came up short on 4th and 1?

Tell me, what do you expect from Tannehill? That he throws, blocks, catches and runs at the same time? He is really the least of our offensive problems and it's so obvious, everyone that knows football will see it.

I'll give him one more year but if there is no improvement on those over and under those then he might have to go

What about the crappy defense?

The defense sucked the last two weeks too. The defense was pushed around by the Bills and Jets. However Tannehill and the offense were terrible and only scored 7 points in two weeks. There is no excuse for playing as bad as they did.

He prob wants a QB that some other team is willing to dump, because franchise QBs get dumped all the time, and thinks they'll light it up here.

I've seen a post where someone wanted Vick, Cutler, or fricken Freeman................

I'll await his response

I don't think Tannehill played his best game today by any stretch -- and I need to see improvement in 2014 -- but I think there's some truth to this. We've had a LOT of 3rd down drops this season.

Well, Aaron Rodgers is getting outed on the internet for being gay as we speak. Maybe those backwards ppl up in Green Bay won't accept him and want to get rid of him. Trade for him! lol

Let Tim tebow start for 3 yrs for us , he would bring something we haven't seen since Marino. Passion and a will to win.

I starting to fall out of love with Tannehill. Don't get me wrong, I've wanted, hoped, prayed he was the guy. But I have my doubts. He just doesn't play with enough flair, enough awareness, enough creativity. My eyes tell me he looks more like Chad Henne. Programmed, robotic and unable to read and react on the fly. Today he looked lost and many throws were purely bad on his part.

I also am wondering how many of the 58 sacks were on him and his inability to get rid of the ball, feel the pressure, escape.

Still waiting to hear what QBs Miami should go after Wallace17Miami.

There was a thread that said he was responsible for 17 of those sacks. That tells you the OL sucks.

miami is not getting another qb...doesnt matter who comes in here...they will build around this qb...gm or hc

How about we get Bilal Powell? He throws a better touch pass down the sideline than Tannehill...
