Who do you predict will win the QB job...

I just want a QB that can play seriously
Im soo sick of this QB situation in Miami
Put the guy in there who can play i mean you have 4 QB's on the roster one of them has to be able to make some kinda plays.

I think AJ's salary cap hit NEXT season will be over 6 mil., I believe the Dolphins will give AJ every chance to succeed this year to make that choice in the offseason. No team can really pay 6 mil for a backup.
So I think AJ will be given the nod.

Lets Be Smart!!!!!

AJ is the only way to go. We are not going to win a superbowl people, Gus is not a long term ans, so lets give AJ a real shot and see for sure what if anything we have. Why on earth even if he were able to win 2 games more than AJ would starting Gus make any sense.

:fire:

I believe it is AJ's job to lose, and consequently, I believe he will start the season...I just don't know if he will finish it.

I still wish we took a QB in this year's draft...

Because those two more games could be the difference in making the playoffs. And once you get to the playoffs - you never know. ALSO, what happens with a franchise when they make the playoffs? The generate more revenue. That is part of the equation too.

i dont want a quarterback who ran into a wall while in celebration and got a concussion. I hope AJ is better than that

Anyone know if there is a clip of Gus' self inflicted concussion out there?

I don't really understand the logic in that. If Feeley DOES win it and still isn't what Saban deems good enough to lead this team, then does that mean that we will not be competitive for years and years?
It's just my opinion, but I don't think it really matters who starts this year. i think, ultimately, we'll have a new QN in here after this season. I don't think AJ or Gus are the long term solutions. But for someone who will make this team more competitive this year...it should be Gus Frerotte.

What you're looking for is someone to make the team competitve this year, but give you some long term stability, Gus is a bit old for that. I do think he would do a good job this year, but then that means we're looking for a long term solution next year or shortly thereafter. AJ could give us 7-10 years of stability if he pans out. That's why a lot of people would love to see him excel..now does he have it in him?..that's the million $ question.

But I am confident that, if it IS indeed AJ, it will be because he earned it. It will have nothing to do with what we gave for him.

I agree. I think Saban is very objective. He's got no loyalty to AJ and no egg on his face if AJ doesn't cut it.

It's like having your choice of crap sandwichs, do you even want to have any of them??
