Who do you want us to draft in the 1st round?

for me it's got to be oline or lb...just horrendous both of em...i like zach martin of notre dame as a plug and play guy for us...i make room for him...don't have to worry about a lack of strength or a guy you have to redshirt has 52 college starts and is bull strong anchors damn well...

he's on the list for me and imo a 1st round top 20ish worthy pick

You guys that want a LT ... we only get that if we trade up. All the 1st rounders will be gone by 19. Better to snag a play maker (on O or D) and go after that LT in round 2. Of course FA is an option as well.

Not every team is wanting or needing an LT. Most really crappy organizations will be focusing first on getting a franchise QB (Bridgewater, Carr, Manziel). Lewan, Kouandijo, Erving, Robinson are solid first rounders and we should be able to get a starting LT from one of these guys. They're not all going off the board.

Yea it's called move the team to Portland.

I see what you did there. :3w:

Go with the for sure thing in Cyril Richardson. He's slotted right there around the 15-25 range and could be a starter day one for us. He can pull, he can pass protect and he can run block.

If Zach Martin or (datruth55) Lewan drop and Ebron is still there, it would make for a difficult decision. That's for sure.

When the first LT goes, the rest worthy on 1st round consideration will drop like flies. A bunch of teams need LT's.

i'm undecided on lewan...ebron is not getting to us...that dudes way too smooth at 6 ft 4 and 250 lbs...if it gets out of the top 15 i will be floored...looks like a top 10 pick to me...all i know is we need some athletes up front...martins not a elite athlete but he's better than he gets credit for and hes a damn bull...great technique i just dont know if hes a guard left guard or if he can play a pro left tackle...i think he can play right tackle without a hitch...and he's a beast run blocker

Wait a second. Last month I was saying we needed to take Ebron and you were against it, now you're saying he's top 10. You're killing me hoops.

against it cause we have bigger needs...he's a freak plays tight end like a wr...has a wr skill set and body control in a tight end body...but he's also not getting to us...

I said the same thing about Clay Matthews and Hakeem Nicks in 2009...of course we took Vontae Davis but that's beside the point...stranger things have happened.

I like Amaro a little more in that he's 3 inches taller and still a smooth route runner with great hands. Maybe not as fast or quick as Ebron, who is really more like a huge WR, but that height, you can't coach that up.
