Who do you want us to draft in the 1st round?

I would rather take the TE from Washington. 6-7 266. We need a huge catch radius.

My dream, trade down with SF and get one of their two 2nd's, get this kid, draft OL with two 2nds.

Anyone that thinks theres a better TE in this draft has not seen Ebron play. I challenge you to go watch some youtube first then come back and tell us what you think. I think he's another Tony Gonzales. You draft Tony Gonzales all day long. Bottom line--we need offensive playmakers and he may be the best surefire playmaker in this draft. Great kid too

Ebron probably isn't falling past 15 and definitely not past 18. My guess is that someone will reach and take him early.. We have 0 chance there and even if we did I doubt we take him, as TE is not a need right now.

It's OL or DT 1st round no doubt.

He's good, but he isn't that great compared to TE's from past classes. He drops some balls and isn't the strongest blocker. This TE class is pretty weak.

Offensive Line is the first thing that needs to be fixed on offense. We set a record for sacks in a season and we had a paltry rushing attack. We're going nowhere unless we fix that God awful mess.

And yes, Wheeler needs to be replaced at OLB with more talent at linebacker in general being needed . Also more help is needed in the secondary. Then we need a big target at WR and a power back for short yardage

That's a very uneducated statement, so I'll call you on it. Name one TE from your so-called "past classes" who even remotely compares to him except maybe Vernon Davis, whose records he smashed this year. Wait until the combine. You will look pretty foolish for saying that. Oh, and we don't need him to be a great blocker--we already have that-- we need him to be a playmaker for Tannehill,a mismatch over the middle, in the red zone and to score TD's. I guess Vernon Davis isn't a good blocker either so he must be a wasted pick.

Jimmy Graham, Tyler Eifert, Jeremy Shockey, Aaron Hernandez, Rob Gronkowski, Brandon Pettigrew, maybe even Dustin Keller.. He isn't better than any of those guys..

I like Van Noy. He makes game changing plays. You don't have to pretend he might do it someday, like so many of our picks. He's on record doing it. Fantastic instincts. I'm still blown away by an interception he made in last year's bowl game and then was immediately looking behind him to make sure nobody was there to tackle him. He knew he had everything clear 5-10 yards ahead of him and the only potential danger was from behind. You never see that but Van Noy did it.

In the Washington game last week, Van Noy didn't appear quite as engaged as last year. Juked a couple of times. That's a good thing. It creates a bargain slot. If I ever give a damn about recent results as opposed to the big picture, that's when I'll know I've lost it. Van Noy should be first round but the tapewise overreactors will dump him into the second. Then in an NFL camp he'll be making plays while clowns drafted long before him will be certifying themselves as mediocrities.

I agree he looks like a Patriots type player. Bit of a lightweight but once he tips a pass and catches it himself and takes off toward the opposing goal line his weight and frame won't really matter.

O line needs work. Brandon Albert will be traded by the chiefs but at what cost...

It's very simple, BPA-Best Player Available. You don't pass over the next Manning or Megatron because you have Tannehill or Wallace on your roster. You always take the best player available. Look at Seattle, they took Russell Wilson when they had spent a bunch of money on Matt Flynn. See how that turned out.

The problem is, this regime thinks that Lewan is such a player.
