Who forgives ricky for what he did?

when you sign a contract you are obligated to not break certain rules and if you can't stop smoking weed to make millions of dollars you have a problem my friend. :shakeno:

Exactly. You have to be a bonehead to give up all of that money and great lifestyle all in the name of weed. Don't get me wrong, those guys train hard and put some good hours in during the season, but I'd give my left n*tt in order to make 3 or 4 million a season to play my favorite sport for a living.

if he werent an athlete we wouldnt have known about it....and why do ya think he went to india? to smoke it legally

what about all these rap singers who smoke weed and sing about it? what about them? i dont see anyone condeming them

This is a Dolphins forum, not a rap forum.

Frankly, I'll take a Ricky over any of these guys who beat their wives or don't pay their taxes. Quitting the team, no big deal. Bailing on his kids, now that is unforgivable.

How about to play your favorite sport for a living?

Regardless, you can give me that junk about him and his bajillion other reasons for leaving the game. He left before he could get suspended, that says volumes about the man. He couldn't face the music.

what does that have to do with the topic of smoking weed?

You brought up rappers and how come we don't condemn them. Well that's because this is a football forum. Go to a rap forum to see if people are condemning rappers for tokin' up.

I see what you are saying, however a lot of us on this board are veterans of the armed forces, and also others who have great pride, that you never, ever quit on your teammates, or a fellow service members. It's something that is instilled in us at a very young age that ranks really high in dignity, and self repect, and respect for others.

Yup......it's called INTEGRITY ........and apparently not many members on this board uphold it if it meant winning a few extra games or having two 1,000 yard RB's.....
