Who Makes it a Wide Reiver if Johnson is Let Go?

Why is everyone assuming that MATTHEWS is a good KR man? GATES has dozens of better returns than MATTHEWS' ONE decent job. And i/m/o, MATTHEWS lacks the speed to be a true KR threat. He's just too slow for it. GATES isn't, and showed enough last season to be the KR specialist. CUNNINGHAM's even slower than MATTHEWS, so I'll have to give him nothing more than a "maybe" as a WR at present.

My opinion as to NAANEE, is that for years he has had NO IMPACT as a WR anywhere that he has played. He didn't look so special on Friday night, either. I would have to see more playmaking from him, and soon. Otherwise, bye-bye. M MOORE (the WR) didn't show nearly enough, but he DID show something.

I would keep BESS and HARTLINE, as well as WALLACE and PRUITT. I'd take a long long look at GATES, MATTHEWS, and CUNNINGHAM. I don't want FULLER: he's redundant, not too fast, and drops too many passes. As to MOORE (the WR) he's on the edge in any event, and only if CHAD The Idiot gets cut.

My 6 (SIX!!!) WRs would be BESS, HARTLINE, WALLACE, PRUITT, GATES and the winner of CUNNINGHAM/MATTHEWS. The loser of CUNNINGHAM/MATTHEWS definitely makes the P/S. At this point, so does HOGAN...maybe. NAANEE better show some impact and play-making, FAST. And I would NOT tolerate CHAD The Idiot. While I'm not a fan of MOORE (the WR) and FULLER, that, and a lot of other things, could change, because I'd hold onto as many WRs as possible till the last cuts. E.G., I'm inclined to cut BOTH NAANEE and CHAD The Idiot. But, Hartline's ongoing unavailability (I myself suspect something is seriously wrong w/him) could change that...unless MIAMI adds someone better late in the game.

My starters, right now, are BESS, WALLACE and PRUITT, in that order.

I would agree with that totally, feel we must keep Gates for at least another season to see if we have something there, Pruitt and Wallace in the one game so far have played so much better than anyone else, and Hartline and Bess are both locks barring injury.

Count me in the non-Naanee fan category too.

Also not fond of Moore (WR) or Gates.
