Totally agree on Coyle's scheme, I HATE it.
 
I heard the post game speech. You don't want to hear it! It will only get you angrier. I wanted to punch his loser face right through the TV. His blase tone of voice made me nuts. I remember when Shula lost!! Holy God!!! The team is just like this zero charisma imposter.
 
I voted no because what's the point of firing Philbin now? This team isn't going to the playoffs with Shula at the helm (although they'd damn sure be better coached). Better to let them play out the string, get a better draft pick, and start fresh in 2015 (again).

Of course, with Ross in charge, you just don't know whether Phibin will be canned at the end of the season, or given a raise and extension because "he gives us the best chance to win in 2015." Of all of the moves Huizenga made to really screw this team-- from hiring Wanny to getting taken by Parcells and Co.-- selling to Ross may have been the worst move of all. This team is still reeling from that decision.
 
Wait to at least mid season. If we have a losing record, fire him and give Lazor 8 games to see how he does in the HC role. If he sucks also, blow it all up after the season.
 
I want him retained throughout the season. Nothing worse than an interim coach that has no business being a real HC winning one or two rah rah games (always happens), earning us a worse draft pick for nothing and potentially landing on as the HC the next year.

Philbin should've been fired after last season. The way we played the last 2 games last year against the Bills and Jets, with the playoffs on the line. It's unacceptable!! And the way we played against the Chiefs and Bills. He has to go.
 
I am ready to pitch Philbin overboard... throw Croyle on top of him too... I have been impressed with what Hickey has done and I say let him go get the coach he wants.

We have talent on this team we just need someone to get that talent off these pages and onto the field every Sunday!!!!
