Outside linebackers are your playmakers. The ones who force and recover fumbles, blitz the QB and cause sacks, etc...

Your Mike, or middle linebackers are the ones who run sideline to sideline and gobble up all the tackles.

TKO makes the plays in Buffalo while London Fletcher gets all the tackles.
