I'd love to give Brock a chance. In fact I was thinking about this when I saw the post!I understand training camp reps are important but let's see what he can do with our first team.I was a supporter when he played for the U so I may be biased but I believe in the kid.

omg...did u even read what i quoted? i said only said that cuz yankeehillbilly said he was doing good in a "meaningless preseason game". god..

Sorry man, I wasn't attacking you. I just used your post as a quote to get the words "preseason" and "meaningless" in there. I knew what you meant. Sorry 'bout that.

Why would he jump right to first team? Wouldn't the transition be easier to move him a step up then 2nd team then first team? Doesn't that make more sense?
I think Brock looked good too, but let's not go crazy.

Brock has look ok going against people in the same predicament as himself. He is trying to make the roster, period. At the most give him a couple of reps with the first team in practice. The offense has a long way to go and we don't need to put Berlin in and hamper progress because he has had two average outings in the preseason.

did you even read what he wrote? it goes both ways. the coaches have time to evaluate people in practice, so they can use the games to develop team chemistry...

i read his post and it was a good post, i was responding to him, quoting me, and then acting like i was the one who started the whole preseason games are meaningless crap.

man alot of people here are not to high on brock but i like the kid he has potential i think with good coaching he could be more than good enough.this kid has played against good teams in college has won the big games against floriad st. and the gators and saban loves this kid always has.guess what im trying to say is don't be surprised if brock is the future of the franchise saban has a plan this kid is a born winner and those are the guys saban likes...

Yes, and the composure. He looks comfortable and calm as a QB should. I think he needs a chance. My big concern is O-line protection for him and that is a must. Saw many of his games and your evaluation above is right on!
