Why are we not pursuing players like Zach Miller??!!

To make you guys happy, I'm going to tweet that we are in contract negotiations with Miller and wait and see how long it takes to get on finheaven.:rolleyes2:

We need MORE playmakers on offense but we sit still and don't make any effort to find upgrades. Zach is an instant upgrade over Fasano at Tight End but because Sparano is so much in love with Anthony we won't do a damn thing. We need more speed at the No. 2 WR position and yes we need upgrades at QB too. When Devlin so far has looked the best of the QBs in practice, you know we are in dire straights there!!!

Why? Because we have two guys in camp that are looking awesome as pass-catching TE's: Brett Bracket and Charles Clay. And they don't cost us millions or additional draft picks.

I was watching both these guys in camp yesterday. Bracket looks so fluid running and catching, you might think you were watching Jason Witten. Seeing him split the seam and catch between defenders...he looked like he had been doing it for years. This is definitely a guy to watch. I have not seen him block, but if he can block as well as he catches, he will quickly make us forget about upgrading FASANO.

Are you insane? Zach Miller is not from Jersey and has never been affiliated with anyone on our team. He is too much of a playmaker and will score too many TD's, a complete waste of money. How dare you bring up such taboo topics!

i read something about that dude Brackett, hes from Penn State? thanks for the info on him tho, i wish i could make it to a few practices but i cant get off of work this year.

Ireland has a trick up his sleeve. We will land one of these guys: Miller, Orton, an OG, or a Center. Hes crafty that guy is.

Personally I believe the play calling had as much to do with the lack of product as the lack of execution. How many times did you see us come out and put a team on their heels, march down the field with something other than the wildcat only to have the coaching staff call for a drive killing series of wildcat plays. Never understood why they would at least attempt to go back to what was working. For Henne it's about confidence and rhythm. A good coach would see that he's in a rhythm and doing everything possible to keep him in it. Taking him off the field or moving him to WR so they can run the WC which loses yards then forced Henne to feel like he needs to make it up on the very next play.

Not sayin' I agree with you or not... I wasnt there... But Thank you for your useful post, its becoming a rarity around here...

This is the FO idea of saying **** you to the fans

Yeah I am sure this is it. It is one thing to not like these guys but comments like this lower your credibility for anything wise you might say, because you are just spewing insensible hate.

You really think the Dolphins aren't interested in Miller? Of course they are. You do not hear about any other teams interested in him either. Is that because the whole league is stupid? Everyone knows he is a great player, so why are you not hearing his name linked to any other teams? I think the answer is fairly obvious. He is going back to the Raiders as soon as they get their cap situation rectified.
