Why does AJ feeley Deserve another chance at starting? He failed last season

cus feeley has more upside than Gus.
yall invested a very high draft pick to get him here.
he didnt play all season.
he didnt have a run game last season.
he didnt have an O-Line last season.

a bills fan that honestly in my opinion is smarter than 75% of you dopes on this board.

you should think like this.

Wait a minute. Why does Feeley deserve another chance? Are you kidding me? Why in the name of all that is holy does Frerotte deserve another chance? He's been around 12 seasons. I will support any QB that is put in, but you cannot say Frerotte deserves more of a chance than Feeley and vise-versa.

I don't even bother with the trolls anymore. I just flag their posts with the Mods and let them bury themselves right out of Finheaven. All it takes is a couple of insults by them and they're gone so fast it's like they were never here in the first place.:D
Now, that the transformers are out of work did they all turn into sniches?

They both have had a chance this year. Both in practice and preseason. And I'm sorry, but not one of you has even close to the same talent scouting abilities as our coaches do. They see what we don't, and they decide.

And if QB #1 doesn't do as well as QB #1, they the coaches will pick which is best. And it won't be because of who is the fan favorite most likely.

But on the other hand, whoever does NOT start most likely will later on in the year at one point or another due to injuries or poor play. My only hope is that Saban won't play musical QB's like the idiot Spurrier did. That really hurt the team.

He made a lot of horrible mistakes last season that made me vomit. I don't want to see another season of him throwing interceptions for touchdowns. He actually helped our opponents more than he helped our team.

Hell, look at Jay Fiedler. Didn't we give him plenty of chances already?

Do you believe horrible o-line and play calling had anything to do with AJ's average performance?

its funny to see AJ finally playing with some fire, unfortunately he should have started 2 months ago!! not in the 3rd preseason game hes lazy and hes a slacker!

Did you forget about the 28 INTs that Peyton threw in his first full season? He had more INTs than TD's in 16 games, and had a 56% comp to AJs 54% (huge difference right?). Also Indi went 3-13 that year (1998), even though they had Faulk with over 1300 yds on the ground...

AJ has had only 13 starts in the NFL and a record of 7-6 as the starter...

I am not saying that AJ is another Peyton, but you are viewing and stating facts that we in no way can tell how it will turn out, it's just your opinion that AJ will not perform in Indi... You must be kidding right???

Even JR can perform in the Indi system...:-)

Honestly Disnardo, players like Steve Young, Tom brady waited patiently behind their starting quarterback and when they took the chance to show their skills they performed really well. For someone like AJ feeley to have hardly any starting experience in college at all, you would perform to your lungs and heart. That never happened last season.

Tom brady wasn't playing on one of the best offensive lines in the nfl. He was just playing with veterans who played for many teams and Bill Bilichick which he is one of the best. It probably looks like that we have a lack of leadership in our offense. No one has the desire to win from the bottom of the heart. I hope that Nick Saban set those standards for our young players.

Lazy and a slacker, please :shakeno: . He's learning a new system again this year. With more reps, comes understanding the system better. It's like driving a stick shift for the first time, it's not going to be smooth, but you will eventually get it.
