With davis questionable and nolan carrol starting you know where the browns will be attacking
thats at least 2 touchdowns right there..
There is a flip side to that statement, the Browns have some injuries in the secondary as well...Joe Hayden is injured and is questionable for Sundays game. They are no where near Miami as far as depth is concerned. Here is how I see it...
Offensive line EVEN
Quarterback Dolphins Henne has the stronger arm
Running Backs Browns Peyton Hillis is a beast!
Wide Receivers Dolphins Brandon Marshall is a beast!
Tight Ends Browns Ben Watson and Evan Moore are better than Fasano
Defensive line Dolphins Cameron Wake is better than Phil Taylor right at the moment
Linebackers Dolphins The Browns best is D'Qwell Jackson, Dolphins best is Carlos Dansby, I will go with the Pro Bowler over the often injured here
Secondary EVEN Joe Hayden is fast becoming one of the best cover corners in the league, TJ Ward is a hard hitting safety, Vontae Davis and Sean Smith had a rough two weeks, but look who they played versus who the Browns played...big difference
Kickers EVEN Slight edge to the kickers to Browns, slight edge to the Dolphins with the punters, Clevelands punter is terrible
Return game Browns Josh Cribbs is better than anyone Miami has, now if they would've kept Ginn as the returner...this would be as closer to even.
Coaches Browns Pat Shermer has broght a West Coast offense to Cleveland and it seems to suit Colt McCoy's short to medium passing game perfectly. The Browns are loaded with good RB's and TE's, expect a lot of short passes to the RB's and TE's and plenty of Peyton Hillis. The Dolphins would be wise to establish the run early and then attack the secondary, stay away from Hayden and Ward. On defense stop the Browns running game and force McCoy to throw under pressure, they should be able to force some mistakes by the Browns.
