IMO Flores and O'shea or any other coaches should learn and create on their own if they are good then we will see it. If we want Caldwell to be the coach then they should hire him as the coach.

Flores just got paid and contracted his job out. People love taking ross's money

I guess Flores decided he would hire a coach for us.

Are you saying he should be his own offensive and defensive coordinator?

Can you put all this in an org chart so we can follow along?

Love this. Dude should play right guard and field goal kicker when he's not "busy" playing coach.

Coaches generally mentor assistant HC. We got it backwards Caldwell(assistant hc) has the experience and will be mentoring Flores(coach).

Even presidents have advisors and mentors...why can't head coaches?
Hes been hired as the boss he should be ready. He should be assistant HC if he needs more mentoring and time to learn.

Dude, Caldwell will be available to give him direction for all kinds of situations and things he needs to take care of. Not just xs & os. This is a GOOD thing.

I suppose it was foolish for Sean McVay to hire a seasoned defensive coordinator in Wade Phillips. He must be kicking himself all the way to the super bowl.

Only foolish man thinks there is nothing left to learn, as was already said the best leaders surround themselves with good people.
