Why is Draper still on the team?

Draper was cut today, as was Galyon. Lloyd Harrison and Desmond Clark are Dolphins

On the two new phins Lee2000? Inquiring minds want to know.
 
Draper has been waived. Galyon also was cut. We were awarded off waivers Desmond Clark (TE) from Denver and Harrison (CB) from San Diego. And, Henry made it to our practice squad. I'm not familiar with either guy we picked up, and I wonder if that means we won't be in T-Buck signing business?
 
Harrison played cb at North Carolina State
Clark caught 51 passes at Denver last year and is a four year veteran; upset some people there when he was cut

Lee2000 (I expect T-Buck to sign and Green to get cut)
