Why no QB roll-out, pass/option, bootlegs, etc? SHERMAN SUCKS!

It was a scared game plan ie worried about the weather.

But your Line play today would have killed any game plan. There is no reason your QB should get hit on 3 step drops.

Although alot of the hits at first glance where on Tannehill. I will watch the all 22 eventually and see coverage but man he does hold on the ball awhile

There were several times, had Tannehill faked the hand off, that he would have had a helluva lot of room to run. I don't get why you even bother having the QB hand it off then fake the run and not come back to it to throw the defense off. Tannehill could have literally had at least 50 yards rushing the ball today. Sherman is a ****ing idiot.

You got to be able to run the ball if you going to bootleg.........

My favorite Dolphins play is the one they always run on 3rd down where Tannehill decides where he's throwing it, in the huddle and it ends up forced & incomplete!

Week to week we have no idea if we will see the good Sherman or the bad Sherman. I knew we were going to see the bad Sherman this week, when on the 3rd and <1 yard in the first quarter, he called a downfield pass instead of a run or swing pass.

Didn't do one freakin thing to help tannehill today. Just let him line up and get thumped all day.

How many screens did he throw today? I don't think I saw one screen play, just a basic, conventional play calling. Run up the middle, drop back and pass. No imagination what-so-ever.

We ran one in the first quarter and Mike Wallace almost died.

And Buffalo's ends were getting around our "tackles" -- or more accurately, the old stiffs we were sending out there to stand at the spots where tackles line up -- so quickly that a Tannehill rollout would get him hit even sooner.

Obviously Sherman is so sold on whatever it is about his offense that distinguishes it from other offenses that he's unwilling to appreciate the situational factors within his own team or the opposing one that would suggest he at times adjust it.

You do that when you have an Aaron Rodgers and the arsenal he had in Green Bay. When you have a developmental QB, a makeshift offensive line, and a receiving corps that still hasn't hit its stride (i.e., Wallace's newness and Matthews's inexperience), you let the situational factors dictate your play-calling much more than he has.

In other words, he's jamming a square peg in a round hole, when the square peg ain't all that great.

Why would we go in with such a vanilla game-plan on offense?

Why not put in plays that take our QB away from the Bill's strength (their pass-rush)?

T-hill was in the pocket pretty much all game... getting pressured and/or sacked.

Seriously, is Mike Sherman this big of an idiot, lacking completely in imagination and utterly unable to anticipate things?

Please... PLEAZE... dear God... let Mike Sherman's pasty fat sorry ass get sh*t canned as it deserves.

I... HATE... Mike Sherman's offense.

Absolutely pathetic. The worst game plan all year.

Poor offensive game plan....

Don't understand, why we didn't just lined up and went toe to toe with them. Instead, we acted like it was 80 degrees out there..
