Will Ireland be the first firing tomorrow morning?

Sherman, ireland,wheeler, carroll,and the entire offensive line should be gone
 
Then we have three choices.

1) Start looking for a new team
2) Hope he sells the team soon
3) Hope he kicks the bucket before he sells the team (given he has no plans to sell)

Ross should fire everyone tomorrow morning. I hope the fans tell Ross that either he cleans house, or they boycott every game next year and stop buying merchandise.
 
You all can't fire Ross sorry. Of course Ross is the problem, he is not a football man and he has no idea how to pick football personnel. That said this team is crap, it has been for years and years. Fire Ireland and perhaps the majority of the front office Scouting Department, let the person you hire decide the fate of the coach and the present roster of mostly ovedrrrated players. My advice- Keep Grimes and a few other Defensive players, on offense there are no must keep players IMO. Clay is decent, miller is a back up rb, pouncey is good after that I would not cry over any of them leaving.

Fire Ireland tomorrow. Tonight would be great but ...

Hire a GM let him make the decision on Phailbin and fire Sherman, Taylor and the others he wants to replace.
 
Why in the SWEET LOVE OF JESUS is this ****ing BALL BOY still our GM SIX MOTHER****ing YEARS LATER?!?!

Having said that its probably too risky to fire him.
