All I know is, I don't want Ireland running 1 more draft or free agency period. When our picks from Rounds 1-3 can hardly ever get on the field throughout the season then something is drastically wrong. Replacing Dansby and Burnett with Ellerbe and Wheeler was a HUGE mistake. Also, giving Reshad Jones big $$ was really dumb.

Ireland is the first person that needs to be canned. Bring in a new GM and let him make the determination of who stays and who goes as far as players and coaches.
