Will we beat the NY Jets?

your game was over by halftime, ours wasn't over until the 4th.

On paper we should win comfortably but it's a rivalry game and you never know but I feel pretty good going down there and getting the W but we'll see.

Reggie is going to make it along day for the Jets. 6 straight games with 100+ yards from scrimage.
And he averages over 6 yards vs the jets. We won't go away from him like we did in last years early game.

he has 16 carries against us in his career.

You don't have a pass game we have to worry about, reggie will make plays here and there but you will need a lot more than just Reggie.

You went away from reggie against us last year b/c after his initial 36 yd run he averaged less than 4 YPC on his other 9 carries.

wow! you got crushed last year when he had his best game against us and when we lost at NO in '09 he was a non factor.

am I blind or has they're run d been super shotty these first two weeks? I think we can run it. I'm starting to think pouncey,cognito and long may be one of the stronger run blocking o-lines in the league

They got torched by CJ Spiller, but they did a good job of stuffing Pittsburgh. Granted, Pittsburgh is pretty beat up and doesn't appear to be a great rushing team, but the Jets really stuffed them yesterday.

Even though this will be a very good defense in the Jets, it will not be anything that he has not seen alreday the last two week. Rex is very smart defensively, so they better have Tannehill ready.

1. The Jets looked like dog**** in the second quarter and through the end of the game. They started hot and then imploded on both sides of the ball.

2. Jets were never in that game in the second half.

I think that it will be a tough game but we have three edges:

1. Special teams.
2. We have a playmaker at QB and the Jets don't.
3. We have a real OC and the Jets have TS.

I think that the combination of the three factors above will create the difference in a tight game.

My point was that we both got our asses kicked by two superior teams. Congrats on being in the game at the end of the 3rd quarter lol. Still doesnt change the fact that the Steelers dominated you guys

But I do agree with your second part. Should be a great game. You guys definitely need this win more than us (after looking over your schedule)
