will wright contribute this year?

I like that our Defense suddenly got MUCH younger. The following guys are all young and talented - and should blend in nicely with our veteran core of Zach, JT, Carter, Seau and Madison.

DL: Roth
DT: Wright

LB: Crowder

DB: Poole
DB: Daniels

One year ago, I just couldnt imagine how we would ever be able to retool our defense once our Vets retire or move on. Now, suddenly, I see a future after Zach, JT and Co. We will not only be a competitive DEF next year, we will be a competitive DEF for many years to come.

More kudos to Saban.

exactly. Saban is doing what he said he would do. Build via the draft. That doesn't mean these guys will start right away and will be huge impact players right away like some finfans think they will . Other than Brown, I think the rest will not be anything special until next year.

Ack, with the exception of Matt Roth, I have to agree with you...although it sickens me. :goof: As for Wright, he needs alot of schooling. I won't look for him to contribute anything substantial for a couple of more years.
