Woman alleges harassment from Incognito?

Who knew it only took one weak-minded Ivy Leaguer to bring the whole thing down.

Not to split hairs, but Stanford isn't Ivy League. Now Jay Fielder ... he was Ivy League!

It's obvious that the public doesn't understand the celebrity golf tournament culture. This kind of stuff goes on all the time. This woman needs to toughen up and be a man.

Out of all the stories out there, I think this one will be the one that might bite the Dolphins in the a$$. Im talking about the organization as a whole, not individuals (Incognito - Martin). This story reeks of bad organizational management and will not do well in the public eye. Wake up Stephen Ross to whats going on around you and who you hire! Although, you know he knew about this whole incident, if he wrote the check to pay her silence. INCREDIBLE!

its what the dolphins do, they were ready to sweep this present story with incog n martin under the rug, but when martin would not let up n went public with the issue there stance had to change n they than were forced by ross to bring the nfl into it. Karma has caught up to this front office, they have been screwing ppl over for too long, its always catches up to you in the end. You wonder what else is out there, whos next to file a lawsuit against this front office? who else did they piss off? it never ends with this front office. People are seeing the dolphins down on the ground, n there throwing rocks while they have the chance to do so out of revenge.

"The report states the the female volunteer told police that Incognito "used his golf club to touch her by rubbing it up against her vagina, then up her stomach then to her chest. He then used the club to knock a pair of sunglasses off the top of her head.

After that, he proceeded to lean up against her buttocks with his private parts as if dancing, saying 'Let it rain! Let it rain!'" the report states. "He finally finished his inappropriate behavior by emptying bottled water in her face."

We have officially become the joke of professional sports. This will take long time to pass!

Paging Micky Arison!!!! Paging Micky Arison!!! We need you.

How is this news? As I posted a few nights ago, there are going to be more damning Incognito stories, because he sheds insults and abuse in every room he enters. Okay, this one was outside. He's more versatile than I credited.

The organization looks worse and worse. I hadn't expected any type of league penalty but now it's not out of the question.

We need better people atop the franchise. That's always been my overriding theme on this board, along with the desperate need for a new stadium.

IMO we've been very lucky with Jimmy Wilson so far. I followed that case in real time. He was a known street thug in Missoula, long before the shooting in incident. Then as soon as he was released from jail after the first trial, Wilson was charged with biting a woman in the leg. I think it was in a limo or something. The details escape me after so many years, other than nobody on the Montana message board was surprised. Wilson pled it down to a misdemeanor. Maybe he's changed but I don't understand the gamble on that type of person, other than Jeff Ireland naturally thinks that way, as one of the patented third tier caliber members of the front office.

Yikes. If the major news organizations and talk shows start reading those details word for word on the air -- and I have no idea what would stop them -- then we will be held not far above Penn State, at least in the short term. I'm not saying it's justified but you can just imagine some of the female anchors and how they'll react to that type of behavior. We better hope Nancy Grace is otherwise occupied with some type of trial coverage.

Jesus we dont even know the context of the statement let it rain. Maybe he thought it was going to rain. They say it in rap videos all the time so therefore its a sociatal norm.
Not to mention we have no clue of the context of the club touching her vagina.

This isn't harrassment it's sexual assault. If a player from another team did this there would be a 10 page thread about what a scumbag the guy is. This organization is a joke. For them to cover this up and continue employing him is ridiculous. At this point they will get what they deserve.

Not surprising though that some won't allow a sexual assault to cloud their blind allegiance. Unreal.

Who gives a **** about Pac Man Jones. Go ahead and defend Incognito's behavior with this woman.

Go reread it again. Says she did. She wasn't the one to bring this story back to light, it was the police that brought it back up.
How can you be a lawyer when you obviously cannot comprehend anything you read?

Show us the after pic then. :chuckle:

Sorry son. The police did not charge him. There's a time limit to do so. If the police didn't charge him, SHE has to actively pursue the charge. She signed, the police didn't charge him.

This is a he said-she said case. She said he did this, no law enfocement officer actually saw it.

After the players supported Incognito I started thinking maybe he had changed. This happened after he joined the Dolphins. Again I say he should have never been on the Dolphins to begin with. Past history should have excluded him.
