Predictions for the Bills' record this year from Bills fans themselves range anywhere from 7-9 up to 11-5 or better. All the information is not in yet, nor is it for any team at this point in time. Bills fans look at the team and see major upgrades nearly across the board: Oline, WR, TE, QB, and linebacking. We think the secondary will be at least incrementally improved. We like our running back situation as is. The one area of weakness where improvement did not come through an experienced addition to the squad is on the D-line. That's where the big question remains. Reports are that Ron Edwards, who was a non-factor last year has had a terrific off season in terms of added strength and conditioning. Justin Bannan may be a find in the draft, as well as Ryan Denny, but these guys are all "ifs" and Edwards had a college history of underachieving. We don't know for certain that they will make a difference.
Realistically, we might beat Miami, but Miami might just as well beat us. It's likely that even the night before the games no one will be able to objectively guarrantee the outcome, but for certain we don't know now.
