Beck. Never won a game. At least Lucas won a few games.

You can't count White, because he was a backup. I'm sure we've had other very bad backups.
 
A tie between Pat White and John Beck. Both drafted way too high and both didn't do a thing in the NFL.
 
Ray Lucas gets my vote. After watching Dan Marino for all those years, nobody has even been half the player Dan was. He would be throwing 50+ TD's a season if he played with the current NFL rules.
 
If we are looking just at play on the field, it's got to be Ray Lucas. Even John Beck wasn't that bad.

1000x this. I still hate thinking about that team. That was easily the best team of the post-Marino era and it all went to waste thanks in large part to that piece of garbage Lucas. I know Fiedler was very average, but I like to think that team would have been in a much better position with two weeks to go in the season when they blew it once and for all if Jay hadn't gotten hurt. With the rules then, that team would have been dangerous in the playoffs.
 
I can't speak for anyone before Dan. Thats before my time. For me it's Ray Lucas aka Spray Mucus and it's not even close.
 
Again, anyone saying Feely or Culpepper truly has forgotten or never witnessed how awful Lucas was. There is no discussion here lol.

I tried to find videos of Ray Lucas on YouTube. Apparently, gamefilm of Ray Lucas is way too terrible. Even for YouTube.
