would you trade dion jordan for the #3 pick this year?

In all fairness Coyle is a moron for not playing him enough. I think Jordan will be a good player. He was more of a luxury pick than a need and we arent in the business of drafting for luxury yet. If Jordan had a good coaching staff who played him he would have gotten his opportunities. Id put money that Jordan would have made a better LB than Wheeler.

i still think his shoulder had something to do with his lack of snaps

The REAL question here is...

WHO WOULD BE STUPID ENOUGH TO RELINQUISH AN OVERALL #3 PICK FOR him?

No one I know except for jeff ireland would make that trade.

he did. about 8 months ago. and the best part is he used multiple picks to do it.

You would have to make that trade if you have any concept of value. Dion Jordan is not worth anything close to the third pick. Besides, unlike last year's draft with the offensive tackles at the top and not much trade interest, there are several guys at the top of the board who could command big return in a trade. We could be sitting there at 3 with suitors for Bortles and/or Bridgewater and/or Manziel, depending how the spring workouts progress. Maybe Clowney. All it takes is one scared team determined to pull the trigger.

I'm not a believer in Tannehill as a long term star so I would look to upgrade. This would be an incredibly cheap price at a second swing.

This is all speculation of course, but it depends on the truth behind Jordan's shoulder. I seriously think his limitations were due to that this year more than anything else. That the coaches or FO wont admit to that is a different story.

my son had shoulder labrum surgery nearly two years ago...he still is not back 100%, this injury takes a while, that said Ireland tends to pick developmental and or injured players where we need plug and play

YES!!! I would use it to draft Blake Bortles or Teddy whoever is there at 3...
I would trade Dion for the 10th pick this year probably

Nope, give them a couple years before you register them as a bust....I sometimes wonder why I continue to read this site.

Ive had both my labrums fixed and it does take time to get back to 100%. After rehabbing it for 4-6 months, it felt great. Strong and tight. But once you go back to lifting weights, it gets looser and I could never lift the same weight again. You are never the same. And of course I tore them again but no more surgeries for me.

Anyone saying they would not trade Dion for the 3rd pick in this year's draft, should look at this draft class. If we had the 3rd pick we could catch a hefty ranson for trading it to a team needing a QB. Assuming Bortles and Bridgewater go 1/2 we draft Clowney. I guarantee Clowney will not get 12 snaps per game in his rookie year that is for damn sure

You are basically asking, would I trade Jordan for Clowney? HELL YES. Jordan is at best a 50/50 a bust in my eyes (at least in this defense). Remember Ireland drafted him using a second round pick, the deck is stack against him.

Yes. And then I would draft Blake Bortles.

ha ha...for what??? to backup terriiblehill as you call him???

i don't see it with bortles...throws off his back foot a ton rarely steps into throws with traffic around him...has a bail tendency against inside pressure does not want to stand in which throws off his accuracy when he faces it...i would blitz him up the middle to death he's worried about contact...arm is nothing special accuracy on the move is hit and miss...i doubt he can throw an 18 yard comeback from the opposite hash with anything on it...physical upside looks nonexistent

that kid can't touch tannehill as a prospect...

the only qb that i would sign off in this class all in on is teddy bridgewater...you guys can have bortles...
