He blew by Revis several times. RT underthrew him on the one int. I was at that game and Wallace was wide open. There was a gasp in the stadium when the ball was in the air, because Bucs fans thought it was a homerun play.
 
The truth is Jackson is way to small to play right tackle. We can not waiste money and draft picks on luxurys. We gave up 60 sacks last season. Unless D. Jax can play on the oline let somebody else have him.
 
Indeed Mike Wallace is overpaid for his skills, but he is a playmaker and I see him having a great season next year due in part to a building chemistry with himself and Ta .
 
Would I trade for Jackson? Sure. Would I give up what is probably his trade value? I doubt it. Here's why. Miami isn't one playmaking WR away from contending for the Superbowl. I mean, I'd probably give a 4th rd pick for Jackson and that's about it. There are a few reasons why I don't give up more.

1. He's all or nothing. If he doesn't get catches he doesn't play hard.
2. Isn't a guy who fights for the ball and isn't a big WR.
3. Has held out for more money every chance he's had.

In short, diva. If Chip Kelly doesn't want a guy with his sort of physical skills there's something seriously wrong, because Chip always has a guy like that on his team.

So if we are throwing out trade ideas, instead of jordon for jackson as posted above, wake for jackson straight up...both would look to get extensions and both are veterans. I don't see the fins as wanting to trade a second year freak potential player that they used a 1st and 3rd pick for.

Sad thing is, once we make the trade, and if he has a good season, everybody will want to trade him away for two 5th rounders next year.
 
If the Dolphins had less holes to fill yes. Philly would ask for at minimum a 2nd rd pick IMO and Miami can't afford to lose any more picks.
 
Maybe Philbin could be in deseans next rap video...
 
Apparently the Eagles are now taking offers of a third rounder or better for D-Jax. I am not sure where else you can find a guy with 83 receptions/1300 yards???. The Patriots or Niners could end up getting him. And you wonder why the Broncos and Pats always get better and the Phins stay put??
