So we only have two active QBs? This could be a bad move and I hope we do not do this week in and week out because 2 QBs going down in one game is not unheard of.

You always only activate 2 QB's! If for some reason Frerotte and Sage go down, Feeley can play but the other 2 can't play at all. It's been like this for years.

No, they're not always inactive but they generally are. Sometimes there are enough injuries where a team doesn't have to keep their 3rd QB inactive.

every team in the leauge does this . It allows an extra roster spot. The third guy can still play, there are rules on who may replace him once he;s in.
