This definitely means forget about WR in any round.
I agree with UK, meh. If Binns is healthy then Williams won't make it out of camp...

I'm so afraid that our front office is thinking just like this, and we won't be looking to get a WR in this draft. Which IMO is just asinine, as this is the year to go after a WR with it being such a great draft class. Getting a top WR in this draft would be better then in any other draft in a long time. We need to be moving Hartline to 3rd or even 4th WR and get us some playmakers. Not other teams scrubs and hope someone shines later, and miss out. A turd is still a turd no matter how much you polish it.
Could be that someone's rehab is not going as well as reported or it could be camp fodder.

I don't agree with that, I don't think anything changes. This was an insurance move as Hartline, Gibson and Binns are all coming back from injuries. All are expected to be back in time for the season, and Hartline is expected back for OTAs and mini camps in June. However, Gibson and Binns will likely sit out those offseason workouts. Signing Williams gives them another veteran in those offseason activities and gives the team a back up plan if there is a setback in the recoveries of Gibson and Binns.
There is still room to draft a WR and put in the mix. Williams isn't guaranteed a roster spot.
