WR Donte Moncrief to workout with Fins next week

According to Moncrief we spent a lot of time with him at the combine as well.

May not mean much but chalk Moncrief as a target high on our list.

And to whoever asked about Big Ben and Wallace not having problems. They didn't... under Bruce Arians. They had tons of problems under Todd Haley.

While maybe not 58 sacks, Big Ben played behind some of the most patchwork O-lines in recent years and yet he had greater success with Wallace.

Big deal (no pun intended lol)...Ben is a 10 year, 2x Superbowl winning NFL vet. Tannehill was the most raw top 10 QB prospect in history. Why compare the two? Give him time, I'd say Ben has a tad more experience under his belt.

Yeah, I was just going to post that. I also read that one of the reasons they like him is he has no problem running crossing patters and into traffic in general. I think he's a guy they like, just a matter of where do they like him.

I'd be very impressed with Dennis Hickey if he found a way to get Moncrief. He could be our Boldin of the future.

I think many people are putting our receivers as a strength when 2 of our top 3 are coming off of injuries. This kid looks like a nice talent. If we can get him in the 3rd, fantastic. In the 2nd? Depending on what we did in the first and who's sitting there at 50, who's dropped as there is always someone.

If we go LB (Mosley) in the 1st (which I hope we do), then I have a hard time seeing them not go OL in the 2nd. There's so many variables in this draft that it's so tough to predict where people will fall. I'd love to have this kid, but damn, we have so many other priorities. It'll be interesting to see Hickey's strategy next month.

I don't love the LBs at 19. I really don't. I think Mosley is overrated by playing on a team with 10 other NFL talent players. Shazier I don't well enough yet but I feel he would be a great pick up in the 2nd but not the first, like Lavonte David draft level. If we take either I hope they work out obviously and most likely would be better than What we have but by how much do we improve?? If we take XSF or Martin the improvement and the top end appears to be better. Maybe I'm wrong.

i think its interesting though that in 2009 when roethlisberger was sacked 50 times, which is the highest number in his career, the steelers missed the playoffs with a 9-7 record, we were 8-8 and tanny was sacked 58 times, a year later roethlisberger gets sacked only 32 times and the steelers make the playoffs with a 12-4 record....you take 26 sacks of tannehill last year or this upcoming year and this team is a playoff team for sure, thats why for me the only thing that needed to be upgraded is the offensive line

Moncrief would be a nice addition if he can be had in the later rounds.

BTW Daytona, much better sig than the cellulite crack ho's.
