Brian Hartline - WR - Dolphins
The Palm Beach Post's Andrew Abramson speculates WR Jarvis Landry may have been drafted as WR Brian Hartline's eventual replacement.
The Dolphins are projected to be in cap trouble after the 2014 season and could save $3.15 million in 2015 by parting with steady-but-unspectacular Hartline. Mike Wallace could also be a candidate for release, but he would only save Miami $2.5 million and no one else on the roster offers Wallace's deep-threat skill set. Hartline could put all of this talk to bed with a solid 2014 campaign.

Stupid to drop Wallace until the savings are significant.

His speed impacts the entire offense though it seems many fans don't comprehend it.

Hartline has had back to back 1000 yard seasons.... If they are not sold on him by now, idk how a solid 2014 will change that

yup one ted ginn in every draft....

Man I don't get it. Hartline is more reliable than any receiver we have had in a decade, you gotta keep a guy like that. I'm sure our potential franchise QB would agree

Is he really? Brian Hartline is the most reliable player around? Next time he has a game like against Buffalo where he drops everything thrown his way, tell me that again.

All Brian Hartline does is be productive year in and year out and the PBP has him getting cut next year. LOL.

Here's where we stand in 2015 cap space. Where's the trouble?

Not surprised. He's everybody's future replacement on this team.

How about they slow it down a little and see Landry play first etc..nah let’s just anoint people already.

I'd rather get rid of Wallace if he doesn't improve chemistry with the QB this year.

I believe that Laundry can be some VG insurance if Gibson has problems in being ready, and likely better than any other #5 on the roster, as well as a good special teams player. That's good for me.
