I don't understand the hating towards M. Wright in this thread. When exactly did 5th round supplemental picks receive guaranteed multimillion dollar contracts? I don't know what kind of contract Wright received, but after taxes I doubt he even clears 100k for his first year. A good deal of cash for some professions, however your average CEO makes 900k a year (before taxes) in salary and who knows how much in stock and other perks.

So cut the kid some slack, he is working hard and is far from 'set for life' as some may assume. Even though he is in a business that only a handful of people can work in (out of millions).
 
Okay, here's a question: Why doesn't Wright and Alex Holmes hang out more often? They were on the same team two years straight in USC. Wouldn't that help Wright out a little?
