Based on what? Roth hasn't made a smooth transition from college yet. So your final analysis is he sucks. I hope your never in the position to coach if you have that little of patience. I am confident that our coaching staff will make Roth what he was in college what he will be in the NFL. Not every draft comes in and tears it up. That is not the norm.

He can't remeber that far back, his mom was still wiping his butt for him.
 
Im not down on Roth or any of our rookies really, we look to have a solid draft class with a lot of potential, but Id trade anyone from our draftclass but Ronnie for a quality young Qb to develop. "Good value", "solid potential" is great, you need guys like that but the bottom line is that our Qb position was dreadful last year, dreadful for years before that, dreadful going into the draft and dreadful after the draft. Sometimes you have to go for a need even if its not terrific "value". I like the BPA strategy but we needed a Qb so bad Im still shaking my head as to why we didnt try to get one. Id rather throw this year down the drain developing Orton, Frye, or another promising young Qb than to waste it giving useless vets like Frerotte and Feeley valuable playing time. Waste.

fiery enough to get involved in a fight in tc.not a big one but still we couldve got a qb like frye.Why do we need another de that wont play that much.We shouldve got one next year.
