Rosen...simply because if he’s our starter next year, it means he showed something the rest this season to make our coaches and front office convinced he’s the guy and it means we can trade or use all our picks to fill out the rest of the roster, and we don’t have to spend our top pick on a qb.

Which 1st round pick was a bust qb in the last few years besides Paxton Lynch? The fact is that all have been decent at the very least and all have been able to run. This is a different NFL than what we grew up to. College qbs step right up and are effective from day one nowadays. Please don’t effect this board with 20 year old ideals. Trading the rights to Tua would be a historical & laughable mistake.

Yeah, here are all of the top 5 draft pick QBs in the past 30 years. I got tired of typing in BUST. Approximately 18 out of the 35 were BUST. That’s over 50%! Only 3 of the 35 won Super Bowls as starters; 8%. The other 14 are mediocre to decent. I’ve seen your other post. You clearly don’t understand how bad Miami is. No ONE is stepping into this team and doing ****. There are more wholes than even a Marino in his prime could fill.

And people tell me I'm crazy when I tell them the draft is nothing but a crap shoot.
 
Can we look at all 1st round Qbs in the past 15 years? Then we could include Rosen and most of the other successful Qbs of recent
 
Still a bit early. I haven't watched enough of any of them to make my choice yet.
